Dan’s Classic Muscle Cars and Custom Automotive Art is a unique shop in historic Brownville. It features handmade one of a kind automotive art using unwanted old car, truck and farm equipment parts, pallets and even old roof tin. Shop hours are 10:00am to 4:00pm Wednesday through Sunday. Dan also has a classic muscle car collection that is housed in a restored 1950’s Texaco Gas Station in Lockport with an automotive museum that spans 75 years.

Nebraska native artist Cassia Kite, is known for her dynamic “Soundstiches” and colorful abstract Nebraska landscapes, will be exhibiting two dozen paintings, drawings, prints and hand stitches in a solo exhibition at the Schoolhouse Art Gallery in Brownsville, NE in June. Kite will also provide Soundstitching Workshops at the Gallery June 24 and 25.
